For as long as he can remember, Adam has wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps by pursuing a career in real estate. A native of Fort Calhoun, Adam attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, but the call of real estate was too strong to resist. He began buying and selling homes for himself, and soon thereafter, for others. The knowledge he has gained from his extensive experience has proven invaluable for his clients and Adam has mastered most every scenario and has overcome most every hurdle in the business.

Adam is committed to the growth and development of himself and the team. In a world that is quickly evolving, Adam looks for new approaches in everything from operations to marketing to ensure his team is offering a world class client experience. When he is not creating one of the most prestigious real estate groups in the region, you might find Adam being humbled on the jujitsu floor, or spending time with his beloved family.

I'm Koby Sway, and I bring a decade of experience in the communications industry to the table. During my tenure, I honed my expertise in training, systems, accountability, and development. Joining the Briley Team marked a turning point as we've evolved from a modest team of 10 to a robust group of 60. Our journey has seen us grow from selling 300 homes annually to an impressive 1,000. To enhance our clients' experience, we've ventured into launching a mortgage brokerage, insurance brokerage, and title company.

My dedication has also led me to the Zillow Premier board of agents, where I collaborate with 24 other industry leaders and Zillow's senior leadership. Additionally, I've had the privilege of being a featured presenter at prestigious events like Cheplak Live in Tahoe and Calgary. My ultimate goal is to serve as the integrator for the business, making Adam Briley's dreams a reality.
